Happy Easter!
Easter is one of my favorite holidays especially for spiritual and dietary reasons. As a Greek Orthodox boy, I get to eat some delicious lamb after a good 2 week fast. For everyone out there, I wish you a happy easter/passover/ family gathering. Xristos Anesti!
