Well...His triceps are well developed, and dovetail nicely into the front and rear portion of his deltoids anyway.But he seems a bit smooth, and could use a little more definition.And this pic illustrates that the old saying about money is true--you never know where it has been, so wash your hands after handling it!

As you know, Bernanke also pointed out that deficit reduction will necessarily consist of either raising taxes, cutting entitlement payments and other government spending, or some combination of both
